Purchase and Refund Policy
At PlayMap.Fun, managed by PMF EVENTOS, COMERCIO Y SERVICIOS, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA, we aim to ensure a satisfactory experience in all aspects of our services. Below is our purchase and refund policy:
1. Purchase Process
- Reservations for our Escape Room services can be made through the following channels:
- On our website: PlayMap.Fun.
- By contacting us via email at contacto@playmap.fun or phone at 615 719 650.
- Through authorized vendors and licensed street vendors, who will provide all the necessary details for completing your purchase.
- Full payment is required to confirm the reservation.
- All prices displayed include applicable taxes according to Spanish legislation.
2. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.).
- Bank transfers, coordinated with our team.
- Cash payments, exclusively with authorized vendors and street vendors.
3. Reservation Confirmation
- Once the payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email or physical receipt with the reservation details. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours (for online purchases), please contact us.
- The confirmation must be presented on the day of the activity (digital or physical format).
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
4.1 Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance: 100% refund.
- Cancellations between 72 and 24 hours in advance: 50% refund.
- Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance: No refund will be provided.
4.2 Rescheduling
- Date and time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the activity, subject to availability. To reschedule, please contact us via email at contacto@playmap.fun.
5. No Show
If you do not show up on the reserved date and time, the payment will not be refunded, nor will the activity be rescheduled.
6. Refunds
- All approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. For cash payments, refunds will be processed at the authorized point of sale or via bank transfer upon coordination.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on the bank and could take up to 10 business days.
7. Activity Cancellation by the Company
If PlayMap.Fun cancels the activity due to technical issues, logistical problems, or force majeure, the customer may choose:
- A full refund.
- Rescheduling the activity to another available date.
