Have the physical part of the game in hand, essential for the experience and referred to as the support material. Remember: the game can only be played with the combination of the physical and digital parts. Note: The support material will be delivered or sent to you at the time of purchase.

When you purchase the game, you will receive an access key (link) directly to your email or a card with a QR code. Here, you will explore historical and tourist spots, uncover clues, interact with the environment, and solve mysteries to progress in the adventure. It’s a unique way to combine fun, challenge, and urban exploration, offering unforgettable moments for groups of friends, families, or teams looking for an interactive and engaging experience.
Make sure that at least one member of the group has a charged phone with internet access, as it will be used to access the instructions and interact with the digital part of the game. Read all the instructions carefully, they are essential for the success of your adventure. The game takes place outdoors, so we recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes, and if possible, being well-fed.

An Escape Map game is a real-life experience where participants must use elements and knowledge, both individual and collective. Every contribution is important to uncover clues and solve mysteries in the shortest time possible. However, each game has an estimated average completion time. On average, our games last between 1:30 and 3:00 hours.
The start times of the games are organized to ensure that one group of players does not run into another. Attention: the time to solve the clues may vary, either faster or slower depending on the players' skill level. If you encounter a group that has not solved a mystery you have already solved, it is up to you whether to help them or not.
